GENERAL FEATURES

Built in accordance with the latest International Standards for this kind of equipment, EN 10079-1 and with CE approval the new range of suction units for high surgery with high vacuum and high flow includes several models, on wheels or portables allowing the user to choose the most suitable model for its specific needs.

All models stand out for:

  • Small dimensions;

  • Rotary oil bath pump- unit powerful, for unlimited time and very quite (less than 50 dB);

  • Bottles and caps are unbreakable and autoclavable made of polycarbonate with anefficient inside overflow device with silicone valves;

  • Possibility of choosing between bottles of different capacity (2 or 3 litres) graduated inmillilitre or using disposable bottles of different size and brand;

  • Adjusting aspiration by panel (by pedal on request) with vacuum meter;

  • Bacterial filter working also as supplementary overflow device;

  • Silicone autoclavable suction tubing and quick-system changing over of the aspiration between the bottles;

  • Switching-on by panel or by pedal without electric current (pneumatic, waterproof, explosion-proof);

  • Possibility of providing the units with an outside supplementary overflow device, useful for disposable bottles.

  • Painted metal case (models on trolley are provided with antistatic castors).

  • Rotary oil bath pump-unit with a working noise less than 50 dB.

  • Max vacuum 720/730 mm/Hg. (-0,97 bar, -0,96 atm, -0,97 kPa), displacement (model SLT/30 about p.m. lt. 30, model. SLT/50 about p.m. lt. 50).

  • Suction pump without oiling: max vacuum 680/700 mm./Hg. (-0,93 bar, -0,92 atm, -0,93 kPa), displacement of about 70 lt./min.

  • Main switch, pneumatic, water and explosion proof peda switch.

  • Vacuum adjustment by vacuum gauge, and quick-system for aspiration changing-over between bottles (in the models with more than one bottle).

  • Unbreakable and autoclavable bottles and caps made of polycarbonate with overflow system divices. Mounted models are provided with blottles lt. 3 and portable model with bottle lt. 2.

  • Autoclavable and reusable bacterial filter working also as supplementary safety oversflow device.

  • Autoclavable silicone tubing.

  • Power supply 230 V - one phase.

TECHNICAL FEATURES MODEL POLIVAC B4/SLT 50 E

Same basic features as model B4/SLT 50 2.

  • Two bottles 3 lt. for the main aspiration group.

  • Independent emergency aspiration group for anaesthesia with max vacuum 650 mm/Hg. and displacement about p.m. lt. 19 complete with:

ON-OFF switch, pneumatic, water an explorion proof pedal switch, vaccum adjustment and vacuum gauge, unbreakable and autoclavable bottle lt. 1 made of polycarbonate, autoclavable and reusable bacterial filter working also as safety supplementary overflow device, autoclavable silicone tubing.

POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 2

This is the basic model of the range, supplied with two bottles of lt. 3 and rotary pump-unit reaching max vacuum 720/730 mm Hg with a displacement of p.m. lt. 30.

It is suitable for everal uses including the operating theatre.

The suction unit could be also supplyed in the mod. EXP with suction pump without oiling (max vacuum 680/700 mm./Hg. - displacement of about 70 lt./min.).

POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 CENTRALIZED

Identical to the above model B4/SLT 30 2, but it can be used both by self-contained pump unit and connected to the vacuum centralized (pipeline system).

POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 1

Identical to the model B4/SLT 30 2, but provided with one bottle lt.3.

This is the most flexible model because it can be equipped both with adjusting vacuum pedal, useful in gynaecology for example, and with a specific bracket with adjustable holder-bottles which is ideal to use disposable bottles of different size and brand (diam. from cm 9 up to 16).

POLIVAC B4/SLT 30 P

Identical to the model B4/SLT 30 2, but portable type and it is provided with one bottle lt.2 (2 bottles on request).

It is suitable for several uses both in the operating theatres and departments or first aid, provided with adjusting vacuum pedal (on request) and it is a good answer to whatever need of surgical aspiration both in gynaecology and for endouterine aspiration or as "vacuum extractor" in plastic surgery for liposuction.

POLIVAC B4/SLT 50 2

This is the powerful model of the range with an high capacity of aspiration of 50 lt. Max vacuum 720/730 mm Hg and 3 bottles of 3 lt. This model is suitable for the most difficult uses: operating theatres, liposuction and gynaecology, etc, etc

The suction unit could be also supplyed in the mod. EXP with the same suction pump of mod. B4/SLT 30 2.

POLIVAC B4/SLT 50 E

Identical to the model B4/SLT 50 2, but provided also with an independent emergency aspiration group for anaesthesia with all controls and 1 bottle lt 1 and 2 bottles lt 3.

POLIVAC B4/SLT 50 2 TROLLEY

Identical to the model B4/SLT 50 2, but on a trolley with a large face for other equipments with sizes cm 60x40 and respective accessories-holder drawer.
